| CMM-Research has developed this Privacy Policy
Statement to address any questions and/or concerns of respondents
that have volunteered to participate in any form of data collection
conducted by CMM-Research. This Privacy Policy Statement applies to
all respondents.
Our policy is
designed to ensure that you never have to worry about your personal
information being shared sold or leaked to any third party under any
circumstances.
>>Research Studies
Our marketing research studies collect data for research
purposes only. The information you provide is used for research
analysis and we analyze the answers in aggregate. Your cooperation
is absolutely voluntary; you may withdraw from a marketing research
study at any time. No personal information will be sought without
prior consent. We may ask for contact information in the event we
need to verify or validate your answers. We also may ask you to
provide demographical information about you, your household or
business.
Information you provide in response to or in connection with
a survey, whether collected through this Web site or through
traditional market research tools, is and will be provided to our
client(s) and/or other entities and/or the public as part of
cumulative market research information or statistical data in the
ordinary course but without identifying you individually directly or
indirectly.
Any information that you provide, whether it is to join our
panel, participate in a study, or to request information, is
strictly used for market research-related purposes. We are NOT a
sales organization. The information you provide is NOT shared with
other organizations for commercial purposes. Any contact information
you provide us, (phone, e-mail, company name, address information,
etc.) will only be used to contact you regarding a valid market
research study or to respond to an inquiry about the services we
provide.
| >>A. |
Our Privacy Policy
means that we will not sell or give any panel or survey
information you provide us to a third party. Only those
on the CMM- Research project team (i.e., analysts, project
managers, supervisor, etc.) would have access to the data.
Additionally, all survey responses are aggregated and analyzed
on a group, not on an individual basis.
|
| >>B. |
We do not disclose
the identity of survey participants to our clients. This
anonymity helps ensure that respondents, like you, answer
survey questions honestly and without concern of being
contacted for sales calls or sales leads.
|
When confidentiality as to specify information has been
promised to you (normally at the beginning of the survey), the
authority to give permission for release of the information belongs
to you, rather than to a proxy for you or to the persons to whom you
provided the information.
It is our responsibility of the Institute, to protect your
anonymity and the confidentiality of its research documents and data
at each stage of the research process: data collection, storage,
processing, analysis, and dissemination.
We take this responsibility very seriously and will never
release any personally identifiable information pertaining to you
unless we have received your express written consent prior to doing
so. We commit to do this without exception.
All information that identifies an individual respondent --
such as your name, address, telephone number, or other identifying
information is placed in secured files as soon as possible after
data collection from the respondent is completed. This data is
subsequently destroyed (usually after four weeks)
>>Amendments to
Policy
As we continue to expand services on our website, and as
technology continues to advance, our privacy policy may be updated.
If our information practices change at some time in the future, we
will post the policy changes on our web site. If you are interested,
we suggest that you check our website periodically for
updates.
